  2. Ticket validity is from January 11, 2025 to March 01, 2025 (Ticket can be used the next day after purchase). Ticket is valid only on the date of redemption.
  3. Promo is applicable to Castle Online Saver (₱749.00 per head) only. Can’t mix to other promos.
  4. Promo is available at the J Castles website only.
  5. Promo is valid for adults and children. Children 3 feet and below are free of charge.
  6. J Castles reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, liability, or compensation, to change operating hours, temporarily close the park or any part of it, limit access to facilities, and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program, subject to prior DTI approval.
  7. Unvisited exhibits included in the promo will not be eligible for cash refunds.
Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or government orders (LGU/national), paying guests will have the option to use the voucher later.
  8. Senior citizens may avail of the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

  • Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one (1) admission only, with no re-entry allowed. The ticket is valid only on the date and for the exhibit stated on the ticket.
  • Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Tickets have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. No refunds will be provided for unused or lost tickets.
  • Ticket Security: Guests are responsible for safeguarding their tickets. J Castles will not replace lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. Tickets that are altered, damaged, or defaced will be voided without refund.
  • Prohibition of Resale: Tickets may not be resold, bartered, duplicated, or exchanged. Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets will result in immediate cancellation without refund or compensation.
  • Tampering and Fraud: Tickets that are tampered with, counterfeit, or not purchased from J Castles or its authorized sellers will be deemed invalid. Entry will be refused without refund, liability, or compensation.
  • Changes and Cancellations: J Castles reserves the right to change exhibit schedules, operating hours, or close certain areas of the park without prior notice. No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.
  • Entry Refusal: J Castles reserves the right to deny entry, without refund or liability, to any guest holding a ticket that violates these rules.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a ticket, guests agree to adhere to these rules and any other terms and conditions set by J Castles.

To Our Guests,

Management would like to give you a safe and enjoyable experience at J Castles. With this, we would like to ask for your help to make this happen.

  • Screening will take place before any guest may enter the castle, including their belongings.
  • Entry into the castle is only possible with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their tickets upon request.
  • J Castles reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of any attraction or show, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program if we consider the circumstances so require.

Injury/ Loss/ Damage

  • The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any personal injury/ loss/ damaged to guest’s property occurring within the park premises.
  • The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any injury or feeling ill guest due to non-compliance with the safety guidelines of the attraction/ ride.

J CASTLES put in place measures to ensure safety and security of the park and it’s guests. Guests are also expected to do their share in ensuring their personal safety and security including their belongings.
