Promo Mechanics:

1. Selling period is from November 7, 2024, to December 14, 2024.
2. Promo validity is from November 8, 2024, to December 15, 2024.
3. Birthday celebrants can avail of the promo throughout their birthday month (e.g., a celebrant born on September 5 can avail the promo from September 1 to 30, for one-time entry).
4. The promo is valid only during the celebrant’s birthday month.
5. The celebrant must be accompanied by a minimum of two (2) paying guests.
6. The promo applies to regular rates (₱999 per guest).
7. Promo is available for purchase exclusively through J Castle’s official website.
8. Celebrants must present an ORIGINAL and VALID government-issued ID with a photo and birthdate. Both local and foreign IDs are accepted, such as SSS, NBI, Driver’s License, Pag-IBIG, PRC, Barangay ID, Police Clearance ID, or Passport.
   • If the celebrant does not have a government-issued ID with a photo, they may present a birth certificate along with any ID with a photo (school/company/parent’s ID).
   • For child guests without a government-issued ID, they may present a birth certificate along with either a parent’s ID with a photo or their own school ID.
9. If the celebrant fails to present valid identification or does not meet the requirements, they will not be able to redeem the free ticket and will be charged the regular rates.
10. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other in-house promotions or discounts.
11. Celebrants must present the required identification at the POS/ Ticketing Booth of J Castles area for the redemption of the free tickets.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

Fine Print:

1. Voucher is valid for one (1) person only.
2. Entry is granted upon presentation of two (2) regular guest tickets (P999 each) at the entrance gate.
3. Ticket is valid only on the specified redemption date.
4. Ticket is subject to J Castles’ Terms and Conditions.
5. Price is inclusive of all taxes.

J Castles Park Rules & Guidelines

To Our Guests,

Management would like to give you a safe and enjoyable experience at J Castles. With this, we would like to ask for your help to make this happen.

• Screening will take place before any guest may enter the castle, including their belongings.
• Entry into the castle is only possible with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their tickets upon request.
• Children below twelve (12) years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please do not leave your children unattended.
• Only children three (3) feet and below are free of charge.
• The guest hereby consents to any search for prohibited items including, but not limited to, weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances.
• It is strictly prohibited to use weapons or objects that appear to be firearms, including toy guns.
• As a courtesy to fellow park goers, guests are requested to maintain proper decorum and refrain from conducting obscene or lewd gestures within castle premises.
• Once you exit, re-entry is not allowed.
• Some areas include shallow water. Guests must remove their shoes and wear shorts or roll up their pants.
• Some exhibits require visitors to walk barefoot.
• It’s recommended to wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. Avoid skirts for certain exhibits that involve mirrored floors.
• Attractions & Rides may be restricted to guests with physical limitations such as height or weight particularly lower limbs mobility established by the attractions and ride manufacturer for guest/s safety.
• Attraction/s or ride/s may be temporarily closed due to inclement weather, regular maintenance or troubleshooting for Guests’ safety.
• J Castles will not be liable for any lost or stolen personal items belonging to the guests.
• J Castles shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the Park as a result of the act or omission of a third party. Neither shall J Castles be held responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the Park as a result of his or her own fault, negligence, or failure to comply with the Park’s rules and regulations.
• J Castles reserves the right, without refund, liability, or compensation, to deny admission or remove any person from the Park for any reason, including non-compliance with the Park terms and conditions.
• J Castles reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of any attraction or show, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program if we consider the circumstances so require.

Prohibited Items

Injury/ Loss/ Damage

• The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any personal injury/ loss/ damaged to guest’s property occurring within the park premises.
• The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any injury or feeling ill guest due to non-compliance with the safety guidelines of the attraction/ ride.

J CASTLES put in place measures to ensure safety and security of the park and it’s guests. Guests are also expected to do their share in ensuring their personal safety and security including their belongings.
