  3. The promo applies to the Castle Foodie – Online Promo (₱399.00 per person) only. Guests must have an entrance ticket to J Castles to avail of the promo.
  4. The promo is available exclusively on the J Castles website.

  6. The promo is valid for both adults and children at the same rate.
  7. J Castles reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change operating hours, temporarily close the park or any part of it, limit access to facilities, and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program without prior notice, liability, or compensation, subject to prior DTI approval.
  8. Refund Policy:
    • A No Refund Policy applies.
    • If the event is canceled due to the following reasons, paying guests will be given the option to use their voucher at a later date:
      • Force Majeure
      • Event ban due to orders from the LGU or national government agencies.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
