Promo Mechanics
  1. Castle Treats– Buy 3 Take 1 is applicable on weekends, as the park operates from Friday to Sunday.
  2. Promo period is from September 25, 2024, to November 21 2024.
  3. Voucher validity is from September 27, 2024, to November 24, 2024 (Voucher can be used the next day after purchase).
  4. Promo is applicable to Castle Treats Online – Buy 3 Take 1(₱999.00 per head) only. Can’t mix to other promos.
  5. Promo is available at the J Castles website only.
  6. Promo is valid for adults and children. Children 3 feet and below are free of charge.
  7. J Castles reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, liability, or compensation, to change operating hours, temporarily close the park or any part of it, limit access to facilities, and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program, subject to prior DTI approval.
  8. Unvisited exhibits included in the promo will not be eligible for cash refunds.
Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or government orders (LGU/national), paying guests will have the option to use the voucher later.
  9. Senior citizens may avail of the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

J Castles Ticket Rules

  • Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one (1) admission only, with no re-entry allowed. The ticket is valid only on the date and for the exhibit stated on the ticket.
  • Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Tickets have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. No refunds will be provided for unused or lost tickets.
  • Ticket Security: Guests are responsible for safeguarding their tickets. J Castles will not replace lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. Tickets that are altered, damaged, or defaced will be voided without refund.
  • Prohibition of Resale: Tickets may not be resold, bartered, duplicated, or exchanged. Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets will result in immediate cancellation without refund or compensation.
  • Tampering and Fraud: Tickets that are tampered with, counterfeit, or not purchased from J Castles or its authorized sellers will be deemed invalid. Entry will be refused without refund, liability, or compensation.
  • Changes and Cancellations: J Castles reserves the right to change exhibit schedules, operating hours, or close certain areas of the park without prior notice. No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.
  • Entry Refusal: J Castles reserves the right to deny entry, without refund or liability, to any guest holding a ticket that violates these rules.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a ticket, guests agree to adhere to these rules and any other terms and conditions set by J Castles.

 

J Castles Park Rules & Guidelines

To Our Guests,

Management would like to give you a safe and enjoyable experience at J Castles. With this, we would like to ask for your help to make this happen.

  • Screening will take place before any guest may enter the castle, including their belongings.
  • Entry into the castle is only possible with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their tickets upon request.
  • Children below twelve (12) years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please do not leave your children unattended.
  • Only children three (3) feet and below are free of charge.
  • The guest hereby consents to any search for prohibited items including, but not limited to, weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances.
  • It is strictly prohibited to use weapons or objects that appear to be firearms, including toy guns.
  • As a courtesy to fellow park goers, guests are requested to maintain proper decorum and refrain from conducting obscene or lewd gestures within castle premises.
  • Once you exit, re-entry is not allowed.
  • Some areas include shallow water. Guests must remove their shoes and wear shorts or roll up their pants.
  • Some exhibits require visitors to walk barefoot.
  • It’s recommended to wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. Avoid skirts for certain exhibits that involve mirrored floors.
  • Attractions & Rides may be restricted to guests with physical limitations such as height or weight particularly lower limbs mobility established by the attractions and ride manufacturer for guest/s safety.
  • Attraction/s or ride/s may be temporarily closed due to inclement weather, regular maintenance or troubleshooting for Guests’ safety.
  • J Castles will not be liable for any lost or stolen personal items belonging to the guests.
  • J Castles shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the Park as a result of the act or omission of a third party. Neither shall J Castles be held responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the Park as a result of his or her own fault, negligence, or failure to comply with the Park’s rules and regulations.
  • J Castles reserves the right, without refund, liability, or compensation, to deny admission or remove any person from the Park for any reason, including non-compliance with the Park terms and conditions.
  • J Castles reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of any attraction or show, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program if we consider the circumstances so require.

Injury/ Loss/ Damage

  • The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any personal injury/ loss/ damaged to guest’s property occurring within the park premises.
  • The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any injury or feeling ill guest due to non-compliance with the safety guidelines of the attraction/ ride.

J CASTLES put in place measures to ensure safety and security of the park and it’s guests. Guests are also expected to do their share in ensuring their personal safety and security including their belongings.
