Pathways & Access

Key areas of J Castles, including the Castle Grounds and main exhibit zones, are designed with wide walkways and ramp access where possible.

Our team members are happy to guide guests who may need assistance in moving between areas of the park.

Wheelchairs & Mobility Support

Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs or mobility aids.

A limited number of wheelchairs may be rented and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire at the Guest Services / Information Area upon arrival.

Accessible Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are available in selected areas of the park.

Our staff can point you to the nearest accessible restroom from your current location.

Parking

On-site parking is available for guests.

Parking terms, fees, and designated areas are posted at the entrance.

Our parking attendants will assist in guiding vehicles to the correct area.

Information & Guest Services Desk

For questions, directions, or assistance, you may approach our Ticketing Booth / Information Area located near the main entrance / Castle Grounds.

  • Our team can assist you with:
  • Basic Park information and exhibit directions
  • Concerns or feedback during your visit
  • Lost & Found reports

First Aid

A First Aid Station is available inside the park, staffed by trained personnel during operating hours.

  • For minor injuries or feeling unwell, you may:
  • Go directly to the First Aid Station, or
  • Approach any nearby staff who can help coordinate assistance.

Security & Safety

Uniformed security personnel/marshals are deployed around the park to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

For any security concern, suspicious activity, or urgent assistance, please notify the nearest staff member or security personnel immediately.

Lockers & Personal Belongings

Locker facilities may be rented to safely store personal belongings during your visit.

Availability and rental rates will be posted at the locker area.

Guests are reminded to keep valuables secure and avoid leaving items unattended around the park.

Restrooms are located in selected areas of the park for your convenience.

Our staff can direct you to the nearest restroom from where you are.

Payment Options

J Castles accepts cash and select cashless / card payment methods at designated ticketing, dining, and retail outlets (subject to availability and system status).

Please check on-site signage or ask our staff which modes of payment are currently accepted.

Hydration & Refreshments

Drinking water and beverages are available for purchase at food stalls, restaurants, and kiosks around the park.

Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated, especially during hot days and outdoor activities.

Lost & Found

Found an item? Please turn it over to any staff member or directly to Lost & Found.

Lost something during your visit? You may report it at Lost & Found / Information Area with a description of the item, time, and location it was last seen.

Items that are turned over will be logged and stored for a limited period in accordance with park policy.
